THE ROBATARY EXPERIENCE

When Yorkshire met the Pacific.

A collaboration of cuisines combining Yorkshires best bits with influences from the Pacific plate.

Influences from Indonesia and Peru down to the West coast of America, San Francisco and Hawaii to name a few.   Teamed up with Japanese style cooking makes for a culinary experience like no other.

Robatary, named after the Robata grill, which originated in Japan. Simply meaning fireside cooking, refers to a method of cooking most similar to a barbecue, in which your food is cooked over hot charcoal.

The beauty of the Robatary experience is that the way in which you dine is totally dictated by you.

SMALL PLATES

Enjoy a selection of Pacific tapas to share (or not).

All of which have been designed to allow for a taste of the Robatary and sample tastes from Asia, America, and local.

TRADITIONAL

A more traditional way of dining, selecting starters from the small plates section, and a main course, and obviously not leaving until you’ve sampled a treat.

With such an array of influences, our menu will evolve on a regular basis.
