Roba Rewards Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the Roba Rewards scheme operated by Laceys Restaurant Ltd trading as Robatary, 25–27 Northgate, Wakefield WF1 3BJ (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Roba Rewards is open to customers aged 18 and over who dine at Robatary, Wakefield. The scheme is available for a maximum of four visits per customer. Participation is entirely voluntary.

2.1 Upon completing a qualifying dine-in visit, customers will receive a Roba Rewards card from their server.

2.2 To register a visit, customers must scan the QR code on their card and complete the registration form at robatary.co.uk/roba-rewards, providing their full name, email address, and visit number (1, 2, 3 or 4).

2.3 Each customer is entitled to register a maximum of four visits in total. One registration per visit is permitted.

2.4 Following a valid registration, we will send a reward to the email address provided. The reward is selected at random from the following four options: 10% off the total bill, a complimentary drink, a free dessert, or a complimentary meal for the table.

3.1 Rewards are issued as a unique discount code sent to the email address provided at registration.

3.2 Each reward code is valid for one use only and must be presented to your server before your bill is processed. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

3.3 Reward codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired codes cannot be reactivated or reissued.

3.4 Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with any other offer or promotion.

3.5 The “complimentary meal” reward covers the food bill for one meal only and excludes drinks and any additional items not on the standard menu.

3.6 The “complimentary drink” reward is subject to age verification. Customers under the age of 18 may redeem this reward for a soft drink or non-alcoholic alternative only. Valid ID may be requested by staff before the reward is applied.

3.7 We reserve the right to substitute a reward of equivalent or greater value at our discretion.

4.1 Only one Roba Rewards registration is permitted per visit. Attempting to register the same visit multiple times will result in all registrations for that visit being disqualified.

4.2 Roba Rewards is intended for genuine dine-in customers only. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke a reward if we reasonably believe the scheme is being misused.

4.3 Reward codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom they were issued.

5.1 By registering, you consent to us storing your name and email address for the purpose of administering the Roba Rewards scheme and further discounts and offers.

5.2 We will not share your data with third parties.

5.3 You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@robatary.co.uk.

6.1 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Roba Rewards scheme at any time. Any valid reward codes already issued will be honoured for their remaining validity period.

6.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at robatary.co.uk/roba-rewards.

7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7.2 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
